The information contained on this website is not meant to be used or construed, as medical, legal or
protocol advice. The viewers of this site should follow local standing orders and protocols set forth by
their respective organizations or medical director.

Class cancellation due to connectivity issues
We have offered class online for some time and in general our students have been able to access the
classes and fully participate without issue. However, some computer configurations beyond our control
can negatively impact access to a class.
If you are unable to attend a class due to an inability to access the class because of a computer
configuration issue on your end, you will receive a voucher to attend the same class on a later
scheduled date. These requests are handled on a case by case basis. To request a class cancellation due
to connectivity issues voucher please call Customer Support at 877-521-3543 or send an email to
OnlineNEMSA@acadian.com.
Refund Policy
All OnlineNEMSA.com online subscriptions are non-refundable.
Forward-looking and cautionary statements
Online NEMSA content is accredited by the Commission on Accreditation for Pre-Hospital Continuing
Education (CAPCE). Our programs have been accredited and re-accredited by CAPCE and we fully expect the
programs to be re-accredited in the future however, we cannot guarantee that the program will remain
accredited after the expiration dates. In addition we cannot guarantee that any state that our program
is currently accepted in will not change regulations that do not allow media based continuing education.
Damage waiver
The member agrees to participate in this medical continuing education program with full knowledge and
awareness that they waive any claim they may have against Online NEMSA for reliance on any information
presented in this educational program. In addition, the attendee also waives any claim they have against
Online NEMSA for injury or other damage which may result in any way from their participation in this
program or non-acceptance of this CE program by their regulatory department. We would not provide this
site and information without such limitations. No representations, warranties or guarantees whatsoever
are made as to the accuracy, adequacy, reliability, correctness, completeness, suitability or
applicability of the information to a particular situation.

Dispute resolution
Any disputes that may arise concerning this site and the information contained herein shall be governed
by Louisiana law, and all proceedings which may arise out of or in connection herewith shall be brought

writing by a duly authorized partner of Online NEMSA, with specific reference to this disclaimer. This
